Please read before using this website and our services

Last updated: 10 May 2026. The sections below outline how information is handled and how these website and service terms apply.

SECTION.001 //

Acceptance of terms

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any term, please stop using this website and related services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.

SECTION.002 //

Website content and general information

Website content is provided for general service introduction and reference only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, advertising performance, or technical guarantees. Actual service scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables are subject to confirmed quotations, contracts, statements of work, or written communication.

We use reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

SECTION.003 //

Quotations, payment, and project timelines

All quotations depend on requirements, content, functionality, third-party services, maintenance scope, and expected timeline provided by the client. Prices, offers, or time estimates are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

Project start, scheduling, delivery, and launch may be affected by client materials, approval speed, third-party platforms, payment status, technical limits, or additional requests. Payment terms, deposits, instalments, and refund arrangements are subject to confirmed documents.

SECTION.004 //

Client responsibilities

Clients must ensure that text, images, videos, trademarks, product information, access rights, and other materials provided to us are accurate, lawful, and properly authorised. Clients must also provide content, feedback, approvals, and third-party platform access on time to avoid delivery delays.

Where clients request third-party assets, plugins, APIs, cloud services, advertising platforms, or AI tools, clients must comply with the relevant provider terms and be responsible for related fees, limits, and account obligations.

SECTION.005 //

Service delivery and third-party platforms

Our website, maintenance, VM Agent, advertising, and digital services may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting, domains, CMS, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Google, Meta, OpenAI, or other cloud services.

Third-party services may experience policy changes, price changes, downtime, account restrictions, API changes, or approval delays. These are not fully within our control. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or fixed outcomes from third-party platforms.

SECTION.006 //

Intellectual property and usage rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-provided brand materials, text, images, and trademarks remain owned by the client or their licensors. Deliverables created for a project and fully paid for may be used by the client within the confirmed scope.

We retain rights to our tools, processes, templates, libraries, methods, pre-existing code, and non-client-specific assets. Without authorisation, no one may copy, modify, resell, or republish website content or our service materials.

SECTION.007 //

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond a reasonable scope for losses arising from use of this website, third-party platforms, service delays, data loss, business interruption, advertising performance, search ranking, AI output, or indirect loss.

Clients should back up important information, approve launch content, confirm advertising settings, review AI Agent output, and seek qualified professional advice for legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional judgement matters.

SECTION.008 //

Termination, suspension, and contact

If there is non-payment, breach of terms, misuse of services, illegal materials, system security impact, or other material issues, we may suspend or terminate the relevant services and reserve the right to recover incurred costs and fees.
